Shop for locally made sauces, marinades, dips, snacks, gifts and other specialty items at Original Juan Specialty Foods in Kansas City, KS.  Stop by the tasting table where you can try the world's hottest sauce challenge "The Source", if you dare, and sample one of the company's 150 products.  Tours are available with a group of 10 or more.

Check out the latest local trends by Kansas City clothing designers at the Threshing Bee. The shop, located inside the Prairiefire Entertainment District in Overland Park, features six mini boutiques under one roof, each with its own style. The passionate boutique owners will help you pick out your next outfit that no one else in your hometown will be wearing.
The art of marble making has captivated audiences for many years at the Moon Marble Company in Bonner Springs, KS.  The intricate work of molding colored glass tubes into a round sphere full of colors, shapes and swirls is truly a delight to see.   Local glass artists display their works much like you would see at a museum, only these marbles are for sale.  Co-owner and artisan, Bruce Breslow, features his own marble creations at the "Moon".

The Annual Arts & Craft Fair on September 19, 2015 in  Shawnee, KS is a must for any craft lover! A great event to do some holiday shopping. A $1 donation to benefit Shawnee Town will be accepted at the gate. Plan to stop by between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Old Shawnee Town.
Shop in one or all of our 16 different antique stores in Ottawa, KS. Most all stores carry primitives, furniture, glassware and collectibles, you are sure to find that one of a kind item that you've been looking for right down the road in Franklin County.  Located just a short 45 mile drive southwest on I-35 from downtown Kansas City.
The Berry Nutty Farm located in Independence, MO churns out recipes from both owners' grandmothers, including a variety of gourmet fruit jams, apple butters and mulling spices with nary a preservative or additive in sight. Their popular signature creations include Road Trip, Bottom of the Barrel and American Picnic jam. These one-of-a-kind wonders have won over some pretty persnickety customers.

Velo+ is a unique shop in Old Town Lenexa where owner Vincent Rodriguez and his staff custom build bicycles, roast coffee beans and sometimes brew beer!  Check out a variety of bikes or build a handmade custom frame. Sample Maps coffee - small batch, hand-crafted and custom roasted in a Loring Falcon 15k- the first Loring in the KC Metro. Beer lovers can stop by on Open Shop nights to check out the latest batch and bring in your own favorite to share.
