Exhibits and timelines tell the history of Kearney since its beginning as Centerville in 1856. A few of the permanent displays include pictures of local war veterans' through the years, the original post office window, Nativity Rock church, a drug store display and the safe that Frank James ashes were kept in for almost 30 years. There are also many other delightful, interesting and educational displays that change quarterly. Free admission come explore and enjoy.
